Crunchers are incredibly versatile nymph patterns that imitate such a wide variety of the trout's natural food - they're definitely flies to keep in your box!

It imitates so much of the trout's natural diet and I never nymph fish without one." He's used them successfully everywhere from the snowy mountains of Australia to wild brown trout in Irish Loughs and stocked rainbows in the British Isles.
Why They're So Effective: The versatility is the key - they imitate such a wide variety of the trout's natural diet that they're incredibly reliable patterns. Whether you're fishing them individually or as part of a team with Diawl Bach patterns, they consistently produce results.
