Delivery Information
All our flies are held in stock. If they do become out of stock the item
will not add to your basket. On the rare occasion where a fly becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute for a different size or colour. Fly tying materials and big ticket items such as
rods, clothing and luggage are often ordered in for you and may take slightly
longer for dispatch, if you do have an urgent order requiring next day delivery
follow your order through with an email and we will advise you if it is
possible.
We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received if the order is placed before 3pm. If any
particular item is temporarily out of stock we will place it on back order and
send it on to you as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no
longer want the item.

Large / Heavy Items - Note heavy or large items (including rods) are exempt from free postage and will be charged a flat rate of £8. This will be arranged via courier or Royal Mail depending on the items ordered. You will receive an email with your tracking information.

International - Royal Mail Tracked International Post
Europe - £7.99 Tracked Postage Flat Rate. VAT is charged at local rate according to destination country. As of 1st July 2026 flat rate of 3 EURO customs duty per item (1 customs tariff = 1 item) plus 1 EURO handling fee will be charged on parcels of value less than 150 EURO. Please note we are no longer able to deliver to countries within South America, Norway, The Russian Federation, Czech Republic or South Africa
International post can take up to 30 working days to arrive depending on the destination country. Please allow this time frame to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your order. Note international orders are not charged UK VAT and you will be liable for duty charges and Taxes at the border of the destination country. You will be notified from the postal serrvice to pay charges before delivery. This is out of our control.

Where is my order?
Once
your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you
have not received an e-mail please contact us to confirm dispatch of your
order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail (UK) or by
International Standard Post. Most UK orders arrive within 1-2 working days but
it can take up to 7 working days with this service. The majority of 'missing'
orders have in fact been left with neighbours or are at the local sorting
office awaiting collection or delivery, please check that this is not the case
and allow 7 working days after dispatch of your order before contacting
us.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday only, excluding
Bank Holidays), the same day if your order is placed before 3pm but as we are a
small family business this may not always be possible at busy times. You
will be advised by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. If you've
created an account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into
your account and selecting 'Order History'.
