These flies are very common in the Summer Months, you will see them flying across the water, landing on lots of vegitation, the trout feed on these as a staple part of their diet.They are seen in a lot of colours, blue green black and brown being the most prominent but dont be scared to try all shaded, trout are not intelligent enough to question why a food they love is a different colour and will be attracted to it regardless.
