The Caenis Trout Fly is good all round dry fly, useful on rivers. Monitor for the direction and speed the fish are travelling at, once you have done that it is simply a case of putting the caenis fly where the fish will be next. Make sure you cast it accurate as the fish will be feeding close to the surface. The Caenis dry fly is also a good summer evening choice. Also known as Anglers Curse!
