TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orders

Orders can be made in the following ways:

• Online using the shopping basket using a Mastercard, Visa or Switch card via our secure server. Paypal is now accepted

• By Post, cheque or postal order made payable to Troutflies Customers from outside the UK can pay by International Money Order in Pounds Sterling.

• By telephone or fax.

If you need any advice before purchasing then please telephone, fax or e-mail us and we will do our utmost to help you.

Please remember to give your full name and address to ensure there is no delay in dispatching the goods. This must be the same as the cardholder for security reasons.

2. Prices

Our company is not currrently VAT registered

We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received. If any particular item is temporarily out of stock we will place it on back order and send it on to you  as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no longer want the item.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to the goods total at a standard rate of £1.95 unless the order is for flies and to which there will be no charge. (Tying materials over £20 is also free delivery)

If you are ordering from abroad please contact us via email and we will confirm the shipping cost.

5. Taxes

The customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties levied.

problem and we will issue you with a returns number to ensure you are refunded or have your goods replaced.
