Delivery Information 
All our flies are held in stock. If they do become out of stock the item will not add to your basket. Fly tying materials and big ticket items such as rods, clothing and luggage are often ordered in for you and may take slightly longer for dispatch, if you do have an urgent order requiring next day delivery follow your order through with an email and we will advise you if it is possible.
We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received. If any particular item is temporarily out of stock we will place it on back order and send it on to you as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no longer want the item.

Order Value £5.00 to £20.00 - £1.25
Orders over £20.00 - FREE

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm - £8.99 - You must place your order before 3pm to use this service. 


International
Any Value Order - Europe - £2.95
                        - Non European - £4.25

 

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail please contact us to confirm dispatch of your order.  Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (UK) or by International Standard Post. Most UK orders arrive within 1-2 working days but it can take up to 7 working days with this service. The majority of 'missing' orders have in fact been left with neighbours or are at the local sorting office awaiting collection or delivery, please check that this is not the case and allow 7 working days after dispatch of your order before contacting us. 


When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays), the same day if your order is placed before 3pm but as we are a small family business this may not always be possible at busy times. You will be advised by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. If you've created an account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History'.
